The legendary Will Starr was born William Starrs in the little mining village of Croy in Stirlingshire on 27th April 1922. Will had an extensive recording career spanning four decades. The tracks on this CD are a selection of the continental style recordings which he made for Robert Wilson's Thistle of Scotland label in the mid 1960s.
