DOUBLE CD OF TRACKS RECORDED BY JIMMY SHAND
IN HIS PRIME DURING THE PERIOD 1935 to 1951
Jimmy Shand's name is now copyrighted and hopefully this prevents unscrupulous budget labels from marketing poor quality copies from his vast repertoire.
After the huge success of our first ‘King of the Button Box' double CD, we felt compelled to issue a second double CD of Jimmy Shand recordings. So here is KING OF THE BUTTON BOX - VOLUME TWO - There are two CDs with 18 tracks on each CD all originally from the Beltona and Parlophone labels and recorded during the period 1935 to 1951. The 36 tracks on this Volume Two are entirely different from the 36 we issued on the original KING OF THE BUTTON BOX (Now called Volume One).
