A thoroughly enjoyable old fashioned country musical evening. It was filmed in 1995 but it could have taken place fifty years or so earlier.

Celebrate the hairst with a visit to a traditional meal and ale at a North East farm. See the meal being prepared and the neebors arriving, one in particular getting a bit fu’.

Enjoy the traditional foot tapping music of the pipes, fiddle and melodeon, some unaccompanied bothy singing and a recitation. The entertainers are Tam and Anne Reid (Singers), Michael Anderson (Pipes), Fred Davidson (Melodeon), Robbie Shepherd (Recitations), and Jock Cumming (Fiddle)
