Tobermory born Bobby MacLeod’s band had great style, a distinctive swing and were hugely popular throughout Scotland. In 1951 they recorded ten tracks for the then famous Beltona label. In 1953 a further eight were added. Every single track was recorded first time - no retakes! All eighteen tracks are now re-released as a complete collection on this CD. Great dance music from the 1950s.
